wait. Use the following list to help you incorporate tart
cherries into your daily diet, starting today:
Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate - Add 2
Tablespoons to:
Lemonade, Orange Juice, Apple Juice or Water
Regular or herbal tea (hot or cold)
Carbonated beverages, such as Ginger ale or lemon-lime soda
Smoothies or Shakes
Milk, Soy Milk, Rice Milk
Dried Tart Cherries -- Add1/4 Cup or
more to:
Green Garden Salads
Vinaigrette Coleslaw
Trail Mix Snacks
Oatmeal or Dry Cereal
