Robert Pinheiro is ranked as one of the top woman body boarders in the world.

In fact, she recently placed first in the Sandy Beach Pro. The event was the first of six events on the United States Bodyboarding Association's 2007 National Championship Tour. The tour will also feature contests in New York, New Jersey, California and Maui.

2006 Competition News:
Team Fruit Advantage member Roberta Bitzer wins 1st Place in Women's Pro Division 2006 Rock Star Games Jenkinson’s Pro Body Boarding Competition. Ms. Bitzer is wearing a Fruit Advantage sponsored wetsuit.

Next up on the schedule was the Women’s Pro Division. The first women’s heat was a trial heat for two amateur women, Justine Renzi (Maryland) and Julie Jakaboski (Connecticut), to determine who would round out the Women’s Final. Justine Renzi would advance to battle it out with Luz Grande (Puerto Rico), Andrea Carvalho (Brazil/HI), and Roberta Bitzer (Brazil/NJ). Andrea seemed to have difficulty reading the conditions at Jenk’s, only catching one wave and finishing in Fourth Place. Justine Renzi found a few nice waves, giving the only amateur in the final a Third Place finish. With a series of clean and snappy 360’s, Luz Grande work her way to a Second Place finish. Roberta Bitzer charged after set waves and hit some big rolls which led to her First Place finish.
