Difference Between the Tart Cherry and the Sweet Cherry

What is the difference between the tart cherry and the black cherry. Is the cherry juice different? After a number of customers asked us about the many different types of cherries, we made this educational video to help explain the difference. While all cherries are from the cherry family, their is a difference in the variety of cherries available. We'll be making additional videos to help explain the factual differences between the varieties.
