A serving of tart cherry juice contains the equivalent of 0.30 grams of aspirin; and frozen cherries equal 0.90 grams. Standard OTC is 0.325 grams. So it is very encouraging the individuals drinking the cherry juice and eating dried cherries and other fruit-based products.
