Do you offer free shipping options?
Yes, we offer free shipping on many of our products including our
best-selling products. To view our current free shipping offers visit our
Free Shipping Offer page.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We ship most of our
products via UPS, and some orders via US Postal Service. If we
receive your order before 12 noon EST, it will
leave our warehouse that same day. With regular shipping (see
"...faster shipping" below), you may expect to receive it
within 1 to 7 days, depending on your location.
Does Traverse Bay Farms offer faster shipping?
Yes! For items that have a shipping charge you have the option of
regular UPS ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
For "free shipping" items you can call or email our office if you need
faster shipping. UPS only
ships out on Monday through Friday, so please consider this when placing a
a weekend order.
Are there any charges for
handling and packaging materials?
No, we do not add additional handling or packaging costs. Orders
include actual United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping costs, calculated by
our shopping cart while you order.

Can I ship an order to an address different than my own?
Of course! We'll even include a free gift card with the
order. Simply type your credit card billing address in the first location on the shopping cart, and then the shipping address
underneath. To send a gift card, write your message in the
"Comments" box in during the shopping cart process.
