Can I Track my Order?
Yes, order tracking is provided by both UPS and US Priority Mail. Free shipping orders of 3 bottles or less of capsules will be shipped via First Class Mail.
In addition, here is a UPS map with shipping time from our distribution center in Bellaire to your part of the country. For example, it takes two days to ship from Bellaire to Ohio. This means if your order is shipped on Monday, you will receive your order on Wednesday.
Do you offer free shipping options?

When can I expect my order to arrive?
We ship most of our products via UPS, and some orders via US Postal Service. If we receive your order before 12 noon EST, it will leave our warehouse that same day. With regular shipping (see "...faster shipping" below), you may expect to receive it within 1 to 7 days, depending on your location.Does Traverse Bay Farms offer faster shipping?
Yes! For items that have a shipping charge you have the option of regular UPS ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. For "free shipping" items you can call or email our office if you need faster shipping. UPS only ships out on Monday through Friday, so please consider this when placing a a weekend order.Are there any charges for handling and packaging materials?
No, we do not add additional handling or packaging costs to your order. The United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping cost is automatically calculated by our shopping cart when you order.
What items are shipped FREE?
