Raw Material Testing

All raw materials are given stringent internal specifications - both physical and chemical - and are rigorously tested before being released for production. All suppliers have also passed our Supplier Qualification Program, verifying the quality and integrity of every ingredient.

Analytical Laboratory

We utilize third-party analytical and microbiological laboratories equipped with advanced testing technology:

• ICP-AES - mineral composition testing to PPM accuracy
• ICP-MS - heavy metal testing to PPB accuracy
• HPLC - organic acid and active ingredient analysis

Quality Audits

Manufacturing facilities are audited at least once per year by Shuster Laboratories for compliance with GMP Manufacturing Practices for Nutritional Supplements. Shuster provides product testing, development, and quality assurance services to manufacturers, retailers, and ingredient suppliers across foods, pharmaceuticals, and nutritional supplements.

Quality Assurance

• In-process inspections monitoring fill-weight, hardness, thickness, disintegration, and friability
• Retain bottled samples of each production batch for future reference
