Shipping & Return Policy

  • Fast Shipping: 98.2% of orders ship within 24 hours

  • Same-Day Shipping: For weekday orders placed by 12 PM EST

  • Track Your Order: Every package we ship has a tracking number that will be emailed to you, and you can access it from your customer account. You are also welcome to call us any time for updated information.

  • Fair Returns and Refunds: We have a GREAT shipping crew, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately for resolution. We'll ask you to send photos via either text or email. We'll replace the damaged item(s) or credit your payment method accordingly.
    Returns of unopened food items are accepted within 30 days, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, opened food items cannot be returned.

  • Lost or Missing Packages: Every package we ship is scanned by USPS or UPS throughout transit and delivery. If you are concerned about your package you can contact your local office with the tracking number and they will be able to look at their coordinates for exactly where it is or was delivered. Sometimes they keep items at a local office for pickup if they don't fit in your box or for safety reasons. We're happy to help with this process where we can.
    Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for stolen packages. If a package is missing, confirm the shipping address on the order, and check with everyone in your household regarding the package. With our 20+ years of shipping, we've been happy to see that more than 99% of packages end up in the right place and time!

International customers: Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering. You will be responsible for any additional fees, taxes or confiscations. We currently ship internationally to Canada, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, United Kingdom, British Virgin Islands, South Korea, and Japan via our website. Please contact us with other requests.
