If you're wondering how we are able to ship our products all over the world without breakage, you gotta check out the video to the right. You'll enjoy watching us putting our boxes through the test and throwing a box of cherry juice concentrate over 6 times into the air over.  

After you watch the video, you'll have the confidence and knowing that you order will arrive undamaged.  

Yes, order tracking is provided by both UPS and US Priority Mail. Free shipping orders of 3 bottles or less of capsules will be shipped via First Class Mail. 

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order is shipped. You can use the tracking code provided in the email to track your order. 

In addition, you can log into your account and we have a special "Track My Order" section. Once logged in, you can simply track your order.

We ship most of our products via UPS, and some orders via US Postal Service. If we receive your order before 12 noon EST, it will leave our warehouse that same day. With regular shipping (see "...faster shipping" below), you may expect to receive it within 1 to 7 days, depending on your location.

Does Traverse Bay Farms offer faster shipping?

Yes! For items that have a shipping charge you have the option of regular UPS ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. For "free shipping" items you can call or email our office if you need faster shipping. UPS only ships out on Monday through Friday, so please consider this when placing a a weekend order.

Are there any charges for handling and packaging materials?

No, we do not add additional handling or packaging costs to your order. The United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping cost is automatically calculated by our shopping cart when you order.

What items are shipped FREE?

We offer a variety of products with free shipping *.

* If you order additional products requiring shipping, you will have a shipping charge; however, the items above will not be included in the weight calculation for shipping fees.

Can I ship an order to an address different than my own?

Of course! We'll even include a free gift card with the order. Simply type your credit card billing address in the first location on the shopping cart, and then the shipping address underneath. To send a gift card, write your message in the "Comments" box in during the shopping cart process.

Yes! Our capsules (visit www.cherrycapsules.com) and books can be shipped to select international addresses.
