Chef’s Note (Firsthand Experience)
We first made this drink on one of those 85° Northern Michigan days when the orchards were in full bloom. The mix of cherry and pineapple gave us that island flavor without leaving the farm. It’s sweet, tangy, and creamy all at once — and it disappears fast once poured over ice!
