Apple Carrot Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup shredded carrot
3 (medium) unpared and diced apples
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Chill thoroughly. Serve on salad greens.
