So what is concentrated cherry juice? The concentrated juice is the result of harvest Michigan-grown Montmorency tart cherries that have been harvested, processed and produced into a concentrated juice drink. The nice thing about the our juice is it takes approximately 100 cherries to make just one ounce of our concentrated cherry juice. The cherries will start to be harvested in July followed by the time required to process the recently harvested fruit. Once this done, we'll have a freshly produced batch of product.
