Cherry Swirl Pancakes

Indulge in fluffy pancakes with a luscious swirl of cherry juice concentrate in every bite. These pancakes are bursting with fruity flavor and are sure to be a hit at your next breakfast or brunch gathering.

Cherry Juice Pancakes

– makes about 4 servings –

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup cherry juice concentrate

Steps

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan.
  5. Drizzle a teaspoon of cherry juice concentrate on top and swirl with a toothpick.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with remaining batter and cherry juice concentrate swirl.
  8. Serve warm with maple syrup and extra cherry juice concentrate on top.
