Cherry Swirl Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup cherry juice concentrate
Steps
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan.
- Drizzle a teaspoon of cherry juice concentrate on top and swirl with a toothpick.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Repeat with remaining batter and cherry juice concentrate swirl.
- Serve warm with maple syrup and extra cherry juice concentrate on top.
