Chef’s Note
This salad was created one summer when we were testing ways to showcase how cherries can transform everyday meals. The Traverse Bay Farms Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate adds just enough tang to balance the sweet fruit and savory turkey. It’s one of those dishes that looks elegant but takes just minutes to make — and always earns compliments at our Traverse Bay Farms tasting events.
