Eating Healthy is Simple as Making a Glass of Natural Cherry Juice

In this post I wanted to share some simple ideas to enjoying healthy eating on every day of the week. A healthy eating plan that helps you manage your weight include a wide variety of foods you may not have considered. If "healthy eating" makes you think about the foods you can enjoy daily, refocus that definition on all of the great foods you can eat. Fruit - Don't think that is just an apple or just a banana. These are actually great choices. In addition to domestically grown fruits, try some "exotic" fruits, too. Try a mango? Or a juicy pineapple or kiwi fruit! When you favorite fruit are in season, try the dried or frozen fruits. In addition, you can always enjoy a glass of fruit juice too. However, when drinking fruit juice, you may want to double cherry to ensure you’re drinking 100% pure fruit juice and not a juice that has been mixed with other juices. That’s why enjoying a glass of Fruit Advantage natural cherry juice is an excellent choice. It’s 100% natural with no added sugar natural cherry juice, nor is it mixed with any other juices. Fresh vegetables - You might find that your new favorite food is grilled vegetables or steamed vegetables combined with an herb you haven't tried yet like rosemary. You can saute vegetables in the non-stick pan with a modest amount of cooking spray. Or try frozen or canned vegetables for that quick side plate just microwave and serve. When enjoying canned vegetables, try to find vegetables without added salt, butter, and / or cream sauces. Commit to going to any produce department and trying a different vegetable each week. One great tasty idea is to steam some asparagus and once your done, sprinkle some feta cheese and dried cherries. Calcium-rich foods- Does that make you to immediately think of the glass of low-fat or possibly fat-free milk. However, there are a number of other dairy products including low-fat and fat-free yogurts. Follow the DASH (DASH stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) eating tips – This eating plan was originally created to reduce hypertension . However it really represents an overall healthy eating approach for anyone interested in eating healthy. I’ll information about the DASH program in future posts.
