In this post I wanted to share some simple ideas to enjoying healthy eating on every day of the week. A healthy eating plan that helps you manage your weight include a wide variety of foods you may not have considered. If "healthy eating" makes you think about the foods you can enjoy daily, refocus that definition on all of the great foods you can eat. Fruit - Don't think that is just an apple or just a banana. These are actually great choices. In addition to domestically grown fruits, try some "exotic" fruits, too. Try a mango? Or a juicy pineapple or kiwi fruit! When you favorite fruit are in season, try the dried or frozen fruits. In addition, you can always enjoy a glass of fruit juice too. However, when drinking fruit juice, you may want to double cherry to ensure you’re drinking 100% pure fruit juice and not a juice that has been mixed with other juices.
