Word is getting out about our list of low fat alternatives for simple everyday foods. Here is a list of some additional low fat alternative foods you use in exchange of the high-fat foods. Not only will they provide an additional flavor depth, but lower fat, you simply can't go wrong with great taste and low fat content.
